Have tons of pictures on my camera, which ended up dying, I'll upload all those pictures later. This was taken from my phone.
I loved the new M3. Spent a lot of time in it and around it. I was disappointed that the C7's were all blocked off on stages. I would have loved to get closer to them but I enjoyed seeing them. I was kind of disappointed with the CLA and I really liked the S3 I saw. And the Volvo V60... niiiiiice . I saw the new Colorado and it I liked it. Sitting in the jaguar F-type was great, although I would have preferred to sit in the Coupe which was blocked off. It was a little crowded, but I still had a great time. I didn't do the Cadillac test drive event but I did enjoy sitting in an ATS. I brought my dad with me, and he was surprised with some of the cars we saw. He really likes the new jeep GC and BMW M3. Scion was really hyping up the FRS, asking trivia questions like "what kind of "engine does it have?" And giving scion hats to whoever answered. The hat is pretty nice, I answered the question of how much HP it has. The new STI needs to be seen in person. I love it, and I just wish I could get a closer look.
The historical vehicle association brought out this Shelby Daytona coupe. It was blocked off but the lady let my dad and I in for some pictures. She genuinely knew about the car and it's history and enjoyed telling us all about it. She even gave us this really cool copy of the original diagram of the car.
As I came home from the show and I checked my mail I found my copy of GT6 came in, way earlier than I expected! I ordered it the other day when someone posted about the Amazon lightening deal of the day.
If you want to ask me anything about the auto show feel free, I'd love to talk about it.

They had a red C7 out but there were about 200 people waiting to get in at any one time. It does look great in person though. And that F-type, it still makes me literally melt. I've never wanted a car more. But the M3 was great too, and especially the 235i, I was very impressed. The 1 series definitely evolved well.

I managed to get some seat time in the C7 by getting there at about 10:05am and heading straight for it. Must say, it is quite nice, though the center console still felt cheap. I also got so time in the viper, which felt cramped, dark, and cheaper compared to the Vette. I might do a follow up post later with the few pics I took.

I dragged my dad to the show today as well. He's a tough customer though. He only seemed to like Mazda, Benz, and Cadillac from the new cars. He did quite love the 63 T-bird and 73 E-Type in that little classic car section they had near the Shelby Daytona.

Hahaha it was really funny, I got in the car and popped the hood and immediately a huge group crowded around... Only to be met with an engine cover :( same thing happened with the M3.

My dad was a pretty tough customer as well, but he did seem to warm up on a lot of the American brands. He really liked what Buick had to offer, and I'd be lying if I didn't admit that I kind of liked it too.

My dad liked them as well. They're really turned things around. I wish I could say the same for Lincoln. I think the Lincoln stand actually upset him more than anything.

at least the M3 had carbon fiber everywhere.... that's what I had to tell myself before I tried to remove the cover with my bare hands.

Yeah my dad showed no interest in Lincoln at all. He did take a liking to Cadillac. He actually really liked the SRX. He's thinking about picking one up for my mom now. He was about to test drive an ATS and a CTS but we were short on time and starting to get hungry haha.

When I got to the Viper around 3:30 the passenger side door card was falling out. So I don't know how that vouches for their build quality!
